Before anyone in the Universe becomes confused, misled, angry or at a disbelief at anyone on the planet outside of Mississippi Sipp aka Sipp Ward which is the same person claiming to be the founder of “Kandy Paint Records” and/or “Candy Paint Records” as a company/independent record label. See due to certain laws per say and certain STATE and some FEDERAL restrictions when holding a Trademark or a LLC it has to be one spelling or the other but in my Life since May 2005 of creating this brand and record label all based off of a Kandy Coated Crown Victoria that I had customized which is where the label name originated from due to almost 90% of the women I would meet would instantly nickname me “Kandy Paint” so as a up and coming Rap Artist,Main Artist on the label and C.E.O. I decided to run with the modern day brand name “Kandy Paint Records” hence “Candy Paint Records” since it represents an entire culture in the south and not just Mississippi. The entire Southern Hip-Hop and Street culture period! Since May 2005 the company has grown and is gaining tons of global, international and internet Notoriety! As of today I vow to become the “ambassador” for Leland,Mississippi so that myself, my hometown culture, language(slang),traditions and personalities wont get confused or misled in the world. So far I Mississippi Sipp have represented for Leland,Mississippi my hometown to the fullest and more to come. Kandy Paint Records Terry Terell Brisco, aka Mississippi Sipp, began his career by distributing his records through a small Leland,Ms Area record label. He started out in Arlington,Virginia where his mother resided. Despite being on the East Coast, Mississippi Sipp maintained his connections to the South through his Grandmother and Uncles who remained in Leland,Mississippi. Terry “Mississippi Sipp” Brisco partnered up with his lifetime friends and family Big Mook(Chief Financial Officer) Black Dog Puna (Da President),Reign (his half cousin) & Marchello “Clak” Wright. Later he and Big Mook (along with his uncle Iceburg) went on to form the group KPR. During the early 2000′s, Mississippi Sipp released a few solo albums Cadillac Dope Boy & Tawk Real Da Album, with very much success. However, Mississippi Sipp was able to garner notoriety for himself and Kandy Paint Records in the South by collaborating with various mississippi artists and through his compilation albums One Percenters,Pimp Tendency & Kandy Paint Records 5 Stars. Following his success on the East Coast in May 2005, Mississippi Sipp decided the time was right to expand his label. After signing several digital online deals and a Internet buzz thats so big. Mississippi Sipp moved Kandy Paint Records and set up shop in Leland,Mississippi. He brought his sister, management and entourage. In 2014, Kandy Paint Records plan to sign a huge digital distribution deal with Apple to distribute Kandy Paint Records music. Mississippi Sipp will maintain ownership of all of his master recordings, publishing and his studio. He also became the label’s main artist, and also will releasing the album “Pimp Tendencies” later this year. By 2014, Kandy Paint Records will grow to consist of Mississippi Sipp, Big Mook, Black Dog Puna,Reign,& Clake. Mississippi Sipp also writes, produce, direct, act and screen write. This started his movie career which will lead to films such as Rise 2 Fame & Welcome 2 Leland. Big Mook, Golden Boy, debuted at Number One in the streets. Many of the Kandy Paint Records artists will reach longevity and complete other projects. By 2014 it appears that the focus of Kandy Paint Records was unlimited to the Leland Mississippi family. This notion was further strengthened with the release of his artist, Black Dog Puna self titled debut album. On January 12,2014, the company buzz was so large that they literally had the Internet going buzzing. Mississippi Sipp realized it is more sensible to continue to run Kandy Paint Records and organize and finance the company with profits from Digital Downloads & Club Appearance sales plus the assistance from a few private investors. He named his publishing company Kandy Paint Content”. By 2015, the organized label has full ownership. Kandy Paint Records look forward to developing its very own distribution company, Black Dog Entertainment.

Kandy Paint Records Gives A Warm Welcoming Respect To Southern Rap Legend IBN “Playa Fly” Young

MIXTAPES

About Playa Fly

Playa Fly

Playa Fly (born Ibn Young on September 2, 1977 is a rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. Fly was a member of the Triple 6 Mafia (now known as Three 6 Mafia, then known as Lil’ Fly), but he stopped collaborating in 1995 due to monetary disputes and philosophical differences after recording one album under the group’s guidance. Pursuing a solo career as Playa Fly, he released one independent album before signing a three album contract with Super Sigg Records. During that period he had many underground hits, perhaps the most famous being “Nobody Needs Nobody”. Fly’s early hit immediately gained notoriety from the song “Triple Bitch Mafia”, which lashed out against his former group.

Biography

Early life and Triple 6 Mafia

Young was born in Memphis in 1977 and largely raised by his grandmother.[1] His father was the musician Willie David Young, a former member of The Avantis and The Ovations, while his mother was a drug dealer, an activity that Young also got involved in at the age of thirteen.[1]

Under the title Lil’ Fly, Young began his career at the age of sixteen, testing the waters with “Don’t Never Test His Pimpin” as a start. He eventually became affiliated with DJ Paul and Juicy J of Triple 6 Mafia (Now known as Three 6 Mafia) and under the wing of the up and coming producers, “Slangin’ Rocks” was produced (part one featured on his underground single, part two featured on DJ Paul’s Vol. 16 For Da Summa Of ’94). He was featured on Gangsta Blac’s underground hit album, Breakin Da Law, and the Three 6 Mafia’s first mainstream album, Mystic Stylez. It was even planned for releasing Fly’s first album on their label (which was, at that time, Prophet Entertainment) and his first single, “From Da Darkness Of Da Kut”, was released in 1994. After leaving the group a year later, Fly put out his infamous diss record, “Triple Bitch Mafia”,[2][3] then changed his title to Playa Fly and was featured on Tommy Wright III’s On the Run album before signing with Super Sigg Records. Playa Fly has expanded all over the south by influencing young cliques like I.B.N. (who uses Fly’s real name as their title), based in Decatur, Georgia.

Super Sigg

In 1996, Playa Fly released his first album with Super Sigg, Fly Shit.[2] The album had songs such as “Nappy Hair & Gold Teeth”, “Da Show”, “Crownin’ Me”, “Flizy Comin’ (Triple Bitch Mafia pt.2)” and “Work To Do”. It included other artists such as Gangsta Blac, Bill Chill, Criminal Manne, Icy K, D-A-V, Tay-Dog and Playa Posse. This album was also where Fly began his association with producer Blackout.

In 1998, Movin’ On was released. Movin’ On had such tracks as “Situation”, “Start Runnin”, “Nobody”, “Funk-N-Bonk” and “Write Sum Bump”. It also featured Gangsta Blac, Bill Chill (Fly’s father), Minnie Mae Mafia, and Cool B. Fly’s father died shortly before this album’s completion.

Just Gettin’ It On, a re-release of his underground solo CD (with a bonus track), was released by Diamond in March 1999. Da Game Owe Me was released in November of the same year, the last album to be released by Super Sigg Records. Just Gettin’ It On had songs like “Gettin’ It On”, “Just Awaken Shaken”, “Triple Bitch Mafia” and “Fuck A Wanna Be”. Just Gettin’ It On included the Minnie Mae Mafia, Terror, Lil’ Yo, Gangsta Blac and the late Bill Chill. The album’s bonus track, “Fuck A Wanna Be”, had a video made for it (under the title “Just A Wanna Be”) and is Playa Fly’s only music video. Da Game Owe Me featured Gangsta Blac, Thaistik, Blackout and Terror.

Minnie Mae Muzik

After leaving Super Sigg, Playa Fly created his own label named after his grandmother, Minnie Mae Muzik.[1] On this label, Fly began production on Fly2K along with the forces of Diamond Records. Midway through the project, Fly was arrested for possession of narcotics and sent to prison to serve a seven year sentence in 1999.[1] The release date for Fly2K was pushed back from 2000 to 2002. Playa Fly was still present on his album while he was in prison, as he rapped a cappella over the phone (“Flexxin’ Skit” and “Sap Sucka”). Fly2K was released in November 2002, the album included such songs like “Bill Chill Lives” (a tribute to Bill Chill), “Universal Heartthrob”, “Here Fly Come”, “Club Friendly”, “We Ain’t Playin Witcha”, “Life Goes On” and “Few & Da Proud”. The album included other artist like Mista Tito, Maimi Miane, D-A-V, Bubba Wiley, Thaistik, DeRico, R-E-G and LaCynthia.

In mid-2006, Fly was released from prison and resumed his career, with a new album planned – Mafia All Day.[1] On July 5, a single “Horses”, was featured on the XXL website. In addition to his release, Fly joined the New Prophet Camp.[citation needed]

In December 2010, Playa Fly released the single “Blast Off”, taken from the new Mafia All Day album that has been delayed for more than two years.

Kandy Paint Records Helps You Understand Exactly What Is A Master Recording For Music?

Master Recording

A multitrack recording master tape, disk or computer files on which productions are developed (or captured, in a live session) for later mixing, is known as the multi-track master, while the tape, disk or computer files holding a mix (mono, stereo or Surround) is called a mixed master.

It is standard practice to make a copy of a master recording, known as a safety copy, in case the master is lost, damaged or stolen.

Definition

The phrase “original master recording” began in the period of acoustical audio recording – one “cuts” a recording because the sound is literally cut into the record. The resulting record was then used as the “master”, or original prototype, from which multiple identical copies could be produced.

There is only one original master recording, and that is the recording made at the time of the original recorded performance, but the term “master” is commonly used to describe almost anything used as a source.

There are several methods by which master recordings are created. The first (and oldest of those in current technological use) is “direct to tape.” This is where one (mono), two (stereo), or more microphone signals are equalized, mixed, and recorded directly to a mono or stereo (2 track) tape. This tape is the master.

The other method is called “multi-track recording” and most recently in digital terms, “session files”. By these methods, each microphone signal or line input is recorded to its own track on a multi-track recorder. At a later time, the signals that were recorded on this multi-track format will be reproduced, equalized, and mixed down to a stereo or mono tape, which is also called the master tape.

A multi-track tape may be remixed many times, in different ways, by different engineers, giving the possibility of several masters (AM radio version, mono version, LP stereo version, single version, guitarist’s personal version with lead solos emphasized, etc.). Any of these would have the designation “first generation”, but not necessarily “master”, which means there could be many alternate mixes. With multi-track recording one has the option of changing the emphasis on any given instrument, replacing it or omitting it entirely.

Ownership of the master

Song masters and album masters are considered intellectual property. As with physical property, ownership is acquired by purchasing it, creating it or inheriting it. In this sense, the intellectual property concept applies similarly in the purchase of a house, a car or any other property. The ownership to the master will however not necessarily correspond with the title to the copyright in the audio work. Thus, the sale of a master tape will in most jurisdictions not necessarily imply the transfer of copyright to the songs recorded.

Before a song or album master is released, the value of the master is determined by the cost to produce it. After release, the value of the master is determined by its potential to sell CDs. The master and all rights associated with it may be sold for several times the production cost or “recoupable cost”.

Masters with respect to independent music and major label recording contracts

In a typical independent artist/production deal, the artist will pay the studio up front to produce songs or an album of songs. In this deal, the artist, having financed the project, owns the master. If the studio, production company or record company finances the master, sometimes called a “spec” deal, then that studio or company owns the master.

Major record companies and their major indie satellite labels will not offer the artist the option to finance the production of their own master. This is because major labels have an interest in building and maintaining their catalog of albums, and as a result, will likely own the masters indefinitely.

An independent artist may also do a distribution deal where the independently produced master is temporarily licensed to a major label, and then returned to the original owner; the artist, manager, producer or investor as the case may be.

Sale of the master vs. sale of albums

A recording may generate revenue for the artist and studio/record company simultaneously, regardless of who owns the master. The revenue from CD sales is broken down to “mechanical royalties” and “artist royalties”.Sale of the master refers to a buyout of the intellectual property, usually by a major label. If an independent record becomes very popular, a label could consider buying the master. In this instance, the buyout price will usually be several times the raw cost (recoupable cost) of producing the recording. It is rare that an artist will purchase the master recording after its release. This may be possible under the terms of an independent release, but major labels do not normally sell their masters.

The Nike Foamposite Review: Kiss Of Death? Why Are People Still Dying Over Extremly High Priced Shoes?

Nike Air Foamposite One Galaxy Review by Stickie213

You just knew this was going to happen, right? As of last weekend—a full four or five days before the Nike Galaxy Foamposites were released—there were people all over the country standing in line waiting to buy a pair. And for good reason. Go do a quick scan of eBay and you’ll find that there are Foamposites going for upwards of $2500 (or more!) on there. So people would have died to get their hands on a pair of these when they were released the other day. And, in at least one instance, they almost did.

At a mall in Florida—where, by the way, the NBA was getting ready to hold All-Star Weekend—a crowd of 3,000 people gathered to await the opening of a mall where Galaxy Foamposites were being sold the other night. Unfortunately, though, the mall did not set up a line or inform those who had gathered of exactly how many pairs of Foamposites would be available. So people just continued to gather and gather and gather…until things went terribly wrong. The crowd got unruly, shots were fired into the air, and riot police had to be called to the scene to calm things down. In a word, it got crazy. All over a bunch of pairs of sneakers.

When is enough going to be enough? We love the fact that people are so invested in sneakers that they’re willing to go and wait in line for days to get their hands on a pair of them. But, at the same time, if even one single person gets killed as a result of the madness that surrounds these sneaker releases, Nike has to find a better way to do this. Having folks stand in gigantic lines for midnight sneaker releases is a recipe for disaster. And, if something doesn’t change soon, we fully expect to see more situations like the one that happened in Orlando with the Galaxy Foamposites. It’s a real shame. But with the way the world works today, Nike really needs to find a new approach in the future. Because this could have been a real tragedy. And it all would’ve been over a pair of sneakers.

Me personally I can only blame the manufacturers for not making enough and building the anticipation up for these school kids and street kids. Back when I was a real true dedicated sneaker head you can usually stop by a mall on your highschool lunch break to pick up any foamposite or exclusive show of your choice. The game has really changed especially when I find myself making $400-$2000 purchases on these below!
